Ageing: Twenty-four months in new American oak barrels and 12 months in the bottle.

Sight: This wine has an attractive and intense cherry coloured robe as well as glints of garnet.

Nose: Bouquet of good intensity. Refined and well-put together aromas. Distinct aromas of dark and red fruit intermingled with whiffs of new wood. Hints of spices and forest floor.

Taste: This wine is lush and slips through the mouth cleanly and tastily. It is sustained by abundant fine tannins. A strong red wine that will age well with time.

Accompanying Dishes and How to Serve
: Should be served at around 18º centigrade. Is accompanied well by kid or lamb roasts, grilled red meat and even by grilled duck magret.
