Ageing: Twenty-four months in new American oak
barrels and 12 months in the bottle.
Sight: This wine has an attractive and intense
cherry coloured robe as well as glints of garnet.
Nose: Bouquet of good intensity. Refined and
well-put together aromas. Distinct aromas of dark and red fruit intermingled
with whiffs of new wood. Hints of spices and forest floor.
Taste: This wine is lush and slips through the
mouth cleanly and tastily. It is sustained by abundant fine tannins. A strong
red wine that will age well with time.

even by grilled duck magret.
